Because these transactions are contribution-based and used to carry the message of recovery, we do not offer refunds on:
- Online event tickets
- In-person event tickets
- Merchandise purchases
- Other contributions made through this site

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at admin@scubypaa.org and we will review the situation. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we will do our best to address any concerns in a fair and respectful way.
